The questions you ask are arguably the most important part of the interview!
by CareerMVP.com
One of the most asked questions about interviewing is what questions to ask of the employer. This truly is a major point of concern for every applicant. If you think about it psychologically, the questions you ask may have more weight in the interviewer's mind than anything else you say. Sure, there are specific answers the interviewer wants to hear. But, those are answers to questions you were asked. The questions you ask must be very important simply because you were motivated enough to ask them. The interviewer is going to think that anything you ask is of the upmost importance. So, plan the types of questions you would like to ask. But, don't feel like you have to ask a question. If you don't have questions, don't ask any. Instead, take the time to restate what you like about the company/job and why you really want to work for them.
